In July I wrote "As long as a government is able to “get away” with “minor” intrusions such as traffic cameras and airport body scanners; they will try to get away with greater intrusions of privacy and greater violations of our guaranteed protection from “unreasonable searches and seizures.”"

In accordance with the party bylaws Article 9, Section A the National Ballot Access Coordination Committee has been established. This subcommittee shall have at least three but not more than nine members who's responsibilities shall be:
1. Providing state affiliates of the party with important information about ballot access laws in their state, and advice upon the best manner to obtain that access.

By a vote of 5-0 (with 2 not voting) the Boston Tea Party National Committee established the "National Ballot Access Coordination Committee."

Whereas the various state governments of the united States of America have enacted laws requiring signatures collected and fees payed for candidates for public office to be placed on electoral ballots.

On August 24, 2010 the Boston Tea Party National Committee passed a resolution opposing a national ID "or any other bill that would establish a National ID card that includes biometric scanning or tracking devices" 5-0 (with 2 not voting).

Whereas governments that truly want to protect liberty have no need to track the every move of their citizens; and Whereas privacy from government is a chief cornerstone of our liberties, enshrined in the Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution; and

On April 21-22, 2010 the National Committee passed resolutions 3-0 (with 2 not voting) to oppose "deem & pass" and the "Police State".

Be it resolved, the Boston Tea Party National Committee opposes the Congressional procedure known as "deem and pass".

Politico reports that on August 18, 2010 President Obama said, “we are keeping the promise I made when I began my campaign for the presidency. By the end of this month we will have removed 100,000 troops from Iraq and our combat mission will [end].”

Except that 50,000 troops will remain in Iraq and 30,000 troops will be added to Afghanistan, bringing to nearly 100,000 the number of combat troops in Afghanistan.

The National Committee has voted 5-0 (with 2 not voting) join the Coalition Against War Spending

Whereas the Boston Tea Party calls upon the government of the United States of America to withdraw all forces from Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Yemen, Somalia, South Korea, Germany, Japan, and all other occupied nations, and

He spoke 1000000000% truth. Sadly a lot of what he says is true of most of the "freedom movement".
