Seeking volunteers to serve on the National Ballot Access Coordination Committee

In accordance with the party bylaws Article 9, Section A the National Ballot Access Coordination Committee has been established. This subcommittee shall have at least three but not more than nine members who's responsibilities shall be:
1. Providing state affiliates of the party with important information about ballot access laws in their state, and advice upon the best manner to obtain that access.

BTP National Committee opposes National ID

On August 24, 2010 the Boston Tea Party National Committee passed a resolution opposing a national ID "or any other bill that would establish a National ID card that includes biometric scanning or tracking devices" 5-0 (with 2 not voting).

On April 21-22, 2010 the National Committee passed resolutions 3-0 (with 2 not voting) to oppose "deem & pass" and the "Police State".

The "War is Over", Except it Isn't & Never Will Be

Politico reports that on August 18, 2010 President Obama said, “we are keeping the promise I made when I began my campaign for the presidency. By the end of this month we will have removed 100,000 troops from Iraq and our combat mission will [end].”

Except that 50,000 troops will remain in Iraq and 30,000 troops will be added to Afghanistan, bringing to nearly 100,000 the number of combat troops in Afghanistan.

In Support of the (non)"Mosque" (not) at "Ground Zero"

Lately it seems everyone is putting in their "two cents" on the Cordoba House; which opponents - including some supposed "libertarians" (Wayne Allyn Root, John Hospers & claiming to have compiled 1 billion ideas. What makes this both ironic & hypocritical is the fact that Microsoft has been involved in numerous IP lawsuits claiming illegal use of their products. Obviously Microsoft is both pro-IP & anti-IP at the same time and sees no conflict in it's "position” or lack thereof.
