HAGERSTOWN, IN -- Rex Bell has twice run for Indiana House, and has twice set high marks with his results: 14.3% in his 2006 3-way race, and 33.5% in his 2008 2-way race. The elimination of property taxes was a key plank of the Bell platform.
Rex discusses his results, the role advocating for elimination of property taxes played in the results, and his take of the property tax caps now being considered at the Statehouse.
