With less than a month until the Convention, has the committee been formed or planned to meet?
southernpatriot:
Doug,
As you know, Tom was interested in serving on this committee - I reccomend he be the chair if he's willing to accept.
planetaryjim:
Dear Darryl and Doug,
I'm willing to serve on this committee.
If the committee is to elect its own officers, of course, I cannot run for office. Happy to volunteer, not willing to be elected.
Regards,
Jim
inDglass:
Indeed, Tom is interested and would be great for the job. Let's see what kind of response we get here and then we'll put it together in the BTPNC group.
Thomas L. Knapp:
I'm certainly interested in serving on the committee. I do suggest that the committee, once appointed, select its own chair (it's not that I wouldn't take the job; I'd just rather the people who are going to be working together choose their own internal "leaders" or coordinators, or even be free to come up with a process that doesn't have such positions).
Regards,
Tom Knapp
